How to Redeem your points
You can redeem your points through our website and app. You can choose to pay for your purchases using points. To review your points balance check your account page. Points can be redeemed online only.
You can pay for your purchase using points (10 points =1 INR).
You can redeem points at the time of checkout.
You cannot use points to pay for the following:
- Gift cards
- Tax/GST
- Certain sales
- Shipping charges
POINTS EXPIRY?
Yes, points expire. If you have been inactive/not purchased for the past 12 months (i.e. no earning or spending of points), then your points balance will be set back to zero .Make sure you spend and earn points within 12 months to retain your balance
How to manage reward points?
Your points balance and all your transaction activity will be available in your account.
No return or cancellation of reward points once utilized
Once reward points utilized cannot be returned or refunded even if there is product exchange.
